PS green is a family business, born from a yearning to convey culinary passion through healthy and conscious gastronomy. Our CEO, chef, and owner José Pablo Luque has over 20 years of experience dedicated to experimenting with different textures, combinations, and flavors.
Pablo’s background takes us to his natal Argentina, where he started as a kid working for his father’s restaurant.
Pablo’s resumé extends to the US. In the south of Florida, Pablo has been part of numerous projects. It has been involved in leading openings, creative and executive teams in restaurants such as Plant, Food and Wine, El Cielo, Kings dining, Holy Vegan Kitchen among others.
