WE WERE FOUNDED…

PS GREEN is a family business, born from a yearning to convey culinary passion through Vegan and Healthy gastronomy.

Our CEO, Chef and Owner, Jose Pablo Luque, has over 20 years of experience dedicated to experimenting with different textures, combinations and flavors.

THE JOURNEY BEGINS…

Pablos’s journey begins from his natal Argentina, where he primarily learned by working hand in hand with his father at their family restaurant. It was then, he knew to bring his expertise into the US, the Sunshine State of South Florida. He has contributed in many projects and has collaborated during several openings together with creative and executive teams for leading restaurants. Some to mention are Plant, Food & Wine, El Cielo, Kings Dining, Holy Vegan Kitchen and many more.

We are innovative in Plant Based cuisine, our responsibility is to create and sever delightful recipes to satisfy the palette, while we embrace a community that respects, loves and protects nature and all living beings.
